Force one Apparel takes keeping your privacy seriously. We use the information you provide to us to process your requests/order only.

Your credit card information is provided to our internet payment gateway service in order for you to pay for your order and for your credit card to be charged accordingly. Your address is provided to the shipping company (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) in order for them to deliver your packages. not with standing the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary: to comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order; to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of or website and/or Forceone Apparel rights and property; or during emergencies, such as when we believe someone’s physical safety is at risk.

Other than these exceptions, we do not share, sell, or give your personal information to anyone, any company, any corporation, nor any entity for any reason without your future permission. We promise! This policy & terms of use are governed by law of the state of  Vancouver Washington. TERM & CONDITION

I hereby authorize Forceone Apparel to initiate a charge entry on my credit or debit card in the amount equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option. I acknowledge I am responsible for inputting the correct payment amount. By submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that Forceone Apparel is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge ( including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) all sales are final.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be shipped, most orders shipped within 4-5 days. We ship all our products with tracking.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final.

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must exchange it for the like items. send us email at “threads@forceoneapparel.com”. Please retain all packaging material, in the event your item is damaged, you can return to the address on the packaging.

Once your item is recevied and inspected. We will send you an email notifying you that we have recevied your item. The email will include a response pertaining to the approval or rejection of your exchange with pictures of the condition of the returned item (s).

Shipping costs are nonrefundable! If you receive a exchange, the cost of returning the item is non refundable.

We can’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange item unless you ship it with a tracking number and insure the package.
